On 29th of March, 2025, we held a general meeting at the Sumbrungu Community Library, which turned out to be a very exciting occasion for all involved. I presented two laptops, along with their respective chargers, computer mice, and four 128GB pendrives for the library’s use. Additionally, I retained one pendrive for my personal use as the libraries coordinator. During the meeting, I also distributed essential supplies including bulbs to enhance the library’s lighting and improve the overall learning environment. Furthermore, I provided cleaning supplies such as ceiling brushes, liquid soaps, and dustbins, ensuring that the library remains a clean and welcoming space for all visitors. A training session focused on operating the laptops and utilizing the accessories effectively. The librarians were eager to learn, and I demonstrated the basic functionalities of the operating the machine, internet browsing, file management, and how to utilize the pendrives for storing and transferring information.
